Joomla is a great open source project, and being able to meet the community people is fun. Having missed Fosdem due to private reasons, I will certainly not miss the second UK Joomladay and will be having a busy schedule. The Joomladay UK program is very interesting, and a must for those who are interested in, or just working with Joomla.
The Joomladay is set to take place over Friday, 13th and Saturday, 14th March 2009, at the Oakwood House Conference Centre, Maidstone, Kent. This is a community event and accordingly is not split into separate business and community days. There will be multiple tracks of presentations during the two days, and some of the topics will be repeated so people have the oppurtunity to visit the sessions they want to visit.
Beside myself, there will be a lot of other well known Joomla people at the UK Joomladay, a short list
I expect to meet more people during the Joomladays, in fact I would love to talk to as much as possible people. Check the awesome events schedule and timetable if you want to know what sessions you can join.
See you there!
